I highly recommend contacting Jess at Day Vibes. For someone new to meditation, Jess made it extremely easy and guided us throughout the entire session. I speak for everyone at our agency when I say it was an all-around excellent experience. Our team came out of the session completely refocused. She was so easy to work with and allowed us to book a time that best worked for our schedule. Zoom sessions are available in addition to in-person which is a huge plus. 10/10!
