I came to my first class with Jess REALLY frustrated from a technology issue I was having prior to the session. Jess's calm presence centered me! I loved how she explained the reasoning for all of the movements we did and how we could incorporate small movements into our daily lives. The way she wove breath into the session was probably my favorite aspect because I'm finding breath to be such an important aspect for lowering my stress and calming myself down.

Jess's calm and sweet nature shows through her practice and I am extremely excited to take more classes with her!

I came to my first class with Jess REALLY frustrated from a technology issue I was having prior to the session. Jess's calm presence centered me! I loved how she explained the reasoning for all of the movements we did and how we could incorporate small movements into our daily lives. Jess is awesome. I started yoga over a year ago. I have severe Rheumatoid and Degenerative Arthritis. It is not possible to do some of the yoga poses. Jess has taken extra time to show me alternative positions that work for me. It is because of Jess that I have been able to keep up with a yoga workout.
